We all need boundaries. Healthy boundaries are part of creating our joyful lives. However, we need to be clear on exactly what boundaries are and are not. On today's show we will define boundaries, who they are for and who they are not for , what they are for and what they are not for, and how we can create healthy boundaries that improve our lives versus weak boundaries that can result in feelings of guilt, frustration, or powerlessness.
